First Time
For your first time consigning with us, please allow at least 10 minutes with our staff who will kindly explain our policies and procedures in detail with you. At this time you will also be assigned an account which allows you to simply drop off your future consignments and then go about your normal day.

When you bring your items in, we will select what our customers will buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that our customers’ preferences are what drives our selection guidelines. Items should be clean and have no visible wear and tear. We will do our best to safeguard your items, but Urban Attic assumes no liability for damage or loss.

Collecting Money
You receive 45% of the selling price. Checks are issued on the 15th of every month for the whole month prior, and are sent to the address which you provide us. Consignors are also offered the option of having their 45% profit donated to one of the charities we sponsor (American Heart Association, American Breast Cancer Association, Kosair Children’s Hospital, and Operation Brightside).

We will display your items for 90 days. The selling price will be reduced by 20% after the first 60 days. After the 90 day consigning period any unsold items will be removed from the floor. At this time we will send you an email asking you to contact us if you would like to retrieve your unsold items. You will have one week to respond, and if we do not hear from you, we will donate the items to Goodwill Industries in the name of Kentucky Refugee Ministries.

Consignment Seasons
January-March: Spring Merchandise
April-June: Summer Merchandise
July-September: Fall Merchandise
October-December: Winter Merchandise
